Client Journal, for web designers

I have been using the Client Journal for over a year. It makes communication so much easier with a design client. All information is recorded and there is no doubt as to what was "said" or promised. I don't have to go scramble through my inbox looking for the information sent last month that I need now, it is right there in the journal. It also alleviates the problem of "missed" emails. Clients love it because they have one space to do all their interaction with my company. They can upload files, communicate, and keep on top of their project. It's been a stress reducer for sure! I fully recommend this product to any designer who just wants to have more control over communications with the client. It works.

Time costs. Communication matters.
